From the birth of the early man to the present modern generation humans have had a huge fondness of the material wealth and also to acquire power. Immense amount of wealth has paved way of the early humans to rise to a super power status that has controlled an entire nation engulfing multiple continents. Few of those magnificent empires are the Romans, Persians, Moguls and Mongols etc. All these empire had two things in common to aim for, One is the land and other is the nautral resources such as gold, silver etc. The more land an emperor conquers the more it denotes the power of an empire and also control vital natural resources. Based on this historical evidence, the land plays an very important role in denoting the wealth and power of an individual or a nation.
The lands which were considered once as a barren desert and has no human inhabitation is now the deciding factor of the industrialization which is the oil. Also individuals who has owned land may have the luck of striking gold as the price have skyrocketed in the past 3 decades. I remember a client whom my dad had dealth with, he purchased a beach side plot of 2 grounds for just 25 lakhs in 2003. Within a month the price of the land soared to a massive 75 lakhs for 2 grounds which is nearly 200% return on the investment. Now after 16 years, the price of 2 grounds in that area is not less than 1.80 cr which is above 600% return on investment. This is one of the few examples to denote that land investment always triumps above other investment options.
